Fishing Options
Trolling
Mexico's most exciting fishing experience! Catch sailfish, marlin, wahoo, dorado, tuna, kingfish and barracuda. Sure to be dramatic and exciting.
This is what the waters off the Riviera Maya are famous for - sailfish, more sailfish, MUCHO SAILFISH! Add marlin, wahoo and dorado and it makes a perfect fishing area. Recognized world wide as a top sailfish and white marlin area from March through July this fishing has been featured on ESPN Extreme Fishing, the Outdoor Channel and most American and European fishing magazines.
All fishing is done trolling dead baits (it's against the law to use live bait) using 20 to 30 lb. standup Shimano TLD or Penn International gear. Some boats also have a fighting chair. Our bait of choice are small to medium ballyhoo rigged to skip or swim. At times we will add a strip bait (Bonito or Dorado) or mullet.
Trip includes: Captain, mate, gear, bait, beverages. What to bring: Shades, sun block, hat, money (taxis, beer, tips).
Bottom Fishing

Have a feast after a hard day of fishing for grouper and all kinds of snapper - yellowtail, mutton, gray and cubera.
Enjoy a few hours in the beautiful Caribbean drift fishing for dinner. We will take you on one of our boats to some of our most productive reefs. Catch grouper, yellowtail, mutton, gray, and cubera Snapper - all excellent fighters and superb food fish.
On a beautiful calm day there is nothing more relaxing and fun (especially for kids) than drift fishing for dinner in the beautiful Caribbean waters. Sometimes when the bite is really good you will see the fish schooling under and around the boat and the kids get a big kick out of catching and feeding the reef fish.
Your crew will fillet your catch. You can then take it to any one of Puerto Aventuras' 12 restaurants to have it fried, grilled, or sautéed in garlic butter as you like.
Trip includes: Captain, mate, gear, bait, beverages. What to bring: Shades, sun block, hat, money (taxis, beer, tips).
Pleasure Cruising
Cruise along miles of pristine white powder beaches, snorkel and fish when and if you like.

The marina is minutes from some of the prettiest and most private coves around which are accessible only by boat. Explore these beautiful beaches along the Yucatan Coast. Every beach and cove is unique so you will be told about each so that you can pick the destination.
Picnic on miles of desolate white powder beaches or on twin coves with a Mayan ruin in the middle or maybe you would like to snorkel.
Trip includes: Captain, mate, snorkel gear, beverages. Lunch on the full day. What to bring: Hat, shades, sun block, money (taxis, beer, tips)
