Day 2 - Copan. Guided
tour of this magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Site and its new Museum of
Maya Sculpture. After lunch in town, tour the Central Park Museum and its
important collection of artifacts. Overnight in the village of Copan Ruinas.

Day 3 - Quirigua and
Rio Dulce. Morning transfer to Quirigua in Guatemala, where the Great Plaza
contains the largest known stelae in the Mayan World. Overnight Cayos del
Diablo Resort on the Bay of Amatique. (B, L, D)

Day 4 - Rio Dulce. Boat
tour through the lush green cliffs bordering Rio Dulce. Visit the Garifuna
village of Livingston on the Caribbean Sea. Later, the Machacas Tropical
Rain Forest Preserve and the Spanish Colonial Fortress of San Felipe built
in the 17th century. Overnight Cayos del Diablo Resort. (B,

Day 6 - Tikal. Extensive guided tour of this majestic UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit the Temple of the Great Jaguar, the Temple Overnight Jungle Lodge. (B, L, D)

Day 7 - Tikal to Belize. After visiting the Yaxha and Topoxte archaeological sites on the shore of Yaxha Twin Lakes, enjoy a sumptuous picnic lunch and transit across the Belize border Here you will be met by your Belize guide for transfer to your lodge near San Ignacio in western Belize. (B, L, D)
